Tulip Poplar seed Necklace

This casting is made from a seemingly unique piece of wood I found walking through Northern NJ. After making this for years, an 8 year old boy informed me it’s a tulip poplar seed, “like the ones from his grandpa’s yard”. I googled it and he was correct!
