Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer full refunds within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is returned in good condition. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for refunds.

Once your request is received, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items must be returned and received by us before a refund can be processed.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days from the date we receive the returned item and will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping costs and transaction fees associated with the refund are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that account, you will need to contact the bank or payment provider associated with the original payment method to claim the funds once the refund has been issued.
